Happy Sunday!
This week, in addition to a few fresh articles, we’re bringing you a recipe recap of our first Cocus Dinner Party! We also hosted a happy hour in Brooklyn on Friday, which was a lot of fun. Anna put together a little cocktail menu (pasted below), and a few of us had the opportunity to wind down and chat about the week. We can’t wait for our next event! If you’re in NYC, feel free to reach out via email (cocusmag@gmail.com and let us know what you’d all like to see!
I’m sure many of you have been feeling the craziness of this season! Changing weather patterns, final exams for college students, and trying to manage allergy symptoms. There’s a lot goin’ on! This is why we are so excited to announce the onboarding of a few new writers. We’re excited to continue to grow this community and (hopefully) continue to enjoy the warmer weather!
Cheers,
Cocus

I made lime quinoa, salmon, and roasted vegetables of some sort. I invited three girls I had just met at a campus tour, and this soon became a monthly tradition. I hosted seven dinner parties in that apartment, serving tacos, tofu, and even pumpkin sage pasta… click here to read more.
That’s all for this time! As usual, feel free to share/subscribe if you haven’t done so.
See you soon,
